What happens when I hit the 5-document limit on the free plan?
Your existing documents stay accessible. You just can't send new ones until next month, or you can upgrade to Starter.
Are e-signatures legally binding?
Yes. ZSign signatures comply with the US ESIGN Act and UETA. Every signature includes a full audit trail with timestamps, IP addresses, and device information.
Do recipients need a ZSign account to sign?
No. Recipients get a link and can sign directly in their browser. No account, no app install.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yep. Cancel from your settings page and you keep access through the end of your billing period. No hoops.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. If you're on an annual plan, we can do invoice billing too.
Is there a limit on the number of signers per document?
Nope. Add as many signers as you need, on any plan.
